一上網查發現,早就也有人做過這樣的料理啦而且是好吃可搭配的!!

►►►需準備材料:蘆筍、洋蔥、雞蛋、油、醬油、鹽、黑胡椒粉
1.蘆筍老根去皮,洗乾淨後切段,燙一分鐘
2.洋蔥剝皮切塊
3.平底鍋加熱加點油先煎雞蛋,煎好先放一邊
4.鍋子再加點油,炒一下洋蔥,加適量醬油,加蘆筍炒一炒
5.最後再把雞蛋倒入、加鹽和黑胡椒粉翻炒均勻就可以了!
(黑胡椒粉可替換五香粉或是你習慣的香料~)
營養好吃的家常菜就完成啦!偶爾換換新料理,心情挺好的!
